We are currently establishing a network of faciltation centres across Trinidad and Tobago. Our major facilitation centre is located at Grub Garden, Macoya (Marvin Lee Stadium). As we expand we will be sure to inform you.
If you are unable to collect we do offer shipping at a flat rate of $40 TT to Metroploitan areas in the East-West Corridor and along the North-South corridor as far as Chaguanas. Deliveries past Chaguanas will be facilitated at a cost of $60 TT.
We presently do not ship outside of Metropolitan areas. We define metropolitan areas or metros as a region that consists of a densely populated urban agglomeration and its surrounding territories sharing industries, commercial areas, transport network, infrastructures and housing. We will update this definition with a more specific list soon as it pertains to Trinidad and Tobago.
If both your item and it's replacement are faulty we will isssue a refund. Currently we are not positioned to issue refunds for purely dissatisfied customers, however, we will listen to your concerns and take special action in some circumstances. You always come first.
As we grow, we want to become poised to issue refunds unilaterally to any and all dissatisfied customers. Although we trust that we will build relationships that result in 100% customer satisfaction.
Items with manufacturer defects may be returned for a replacement.
In the case of light bulbs we will replace light bulbs in which the smart component is not working. We cannot cover replacing of a blown light bulb due to the varying electrical cicrumstances presented with each customer's use case scenario. If you are concernced about the electrical situation in which you may be using the bulbs, we recommend testing each light bulb at our facilitation centre upon purchase.
